I am Denis, 29 years old and I'm from Czech Republic. I spent one year studying in Spain in 2016, one and half year in Colombia in 2019 and 2021, one year in México in 2020 and one year doing an intership in Spain in 2022. Whole 2023 I was on working holiday visa in New Zealand. Now I see traveling like the best way how to meet people and our beautiful earth. This year I will travel for 11 months in South East Asia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is great occasion how to meet people from different parts of the world, get to know their cultures, habits and share our experiences and memories together.

Interests

I study sports and health at the university, because of it I could spend one year abroad and it was definitely the best year in my life. I love traveling, meeting new people and enjoying nature. When I was 4, I started to play football and I'm still at it. I'm a football coach and teach Spanish for beginners at the university.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Spanish music known as Reggaeton and my the most favourite artist is Kygo, I was on his concert in Madrid, his music is so relaxing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Couple years ago I have done skydiving and it has been something what I will do again, the feeling when you fall down is undisputable. Another amazing thing was when I decided to travel alone across Europe only with my bagpack. I did skyjump from highest tower in Las Vegas known as Stratosphere. 4 days hike to Ciudad Perdida in Colombia.

What I Can Share with Hosts

With my guests I could share a lot of travel experiences, especially how to travel really cheaply across Europe and South America, lot of advices about sports and health, warm house and plenty of fun. I could teach them some czech funny words and cook something typical from my country.
