Like to travel as much as possible, visiting new places and learning about/experiencing other cultures. Particularly when I travel, (where weather conditions are more favourable) I like spending time outside, hillwalking, trekking in the jungle, climbing volcanoes and snorkelling to name but a few activities on my recent travel adventure. I am interested in languages and am continuously trying to improve my ability to speak Spanish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used Couchsurfing for the first time when I last visited Central America as my travel partner had an account. We had such good experiences that I've decided to create my own profile and continue to meet people from all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I struggle to choose my "favourite" anything. I'm extremely indecisive, but generally I like most music with the exception of mainstream popular stuff. I like movies that are not unnecessarily complicated. And books can range from interesting non-fiction topics (currently reading This Changes Everything by Naomi Klein, I highly recommend it) to classics, crime novels and psychological thrillers.
