Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Being present, living in the now.
ABOUT ME
Outgoing, compassionate, in love with life and everything in it. Without nature i cannot exist, and anything outdoors or involving sun makes me happy! An adventurer at heart, seeking to explore places and people, cultures and food, ideas and perspectives, music and dance. Life is about joy, NOW not tomorrow.
PHILOSOPHY
Simple: to be fully present in my life. Without over thinking it, i fundamentally believe that we are all equally entitled to live a life, we value ( whatever that may be) and that brings as fulfilment, happiness, laughter, and always following the rules or social norms does not allow for that discovery of awreness

Music, Movies, and Books
and i especially love world music; but anything from Tibetan bells, persian instrumental improv, R'n'B to Alternative house, liquid drum and bass and classical.
As for books i'm a voracious reader so too many to list.. but the last book i read that i've not put down since is 'Kafka on the Shore, by Haruki Murakami'.
Anything by Pema Chodron ( All the small things), or Ekhart Tolle (A New Earth) is always enlighting.
Surprising find: 'La Fiesta de los Locos', by Harvey Cox, thought it would teach me Spanish, instead it's tecahing me about the folly we call life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Africa. it is the landscape that imagination itself could not begin to describe. The more you travel around the continent, live, learn, witness, interact, you begin to understand not just about love, not just about yourself but about all humanity and what it truly means to be alive.
Teach, Learn, Share
