I am an open fun loving young girl. I love to laugh, smile & just be silly. I am outgoing, not shy at all. Very sweet, generous with lots of love & manners. I love playing dress up but I like to break a sweat, get active & I like out door things. I am spiritual & take the Holistic path to life & healing in every area. Friends might call me a hippie ;)

I just love dancing, music, yoga & art. I love LIFE! I love processing old beliefs & spiritual work of any kind.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing has been amazing. All the people i have met weather I stayed with them or not have been beautiful souls :) I have yet to have a bad experience.

Interests

Yoga & spiritual practice is the most important part of my life & I would like to do lots of that on my travels. I love dancing, I take classes, dance at home alone & also go out in groups with friends I dance. I am a hoop dancer (hula hoop) as well. I love being in the sun, I lay out a lot. I am plant powered & very passionate about keeping an organic whole foods diet whenever possible. I cook & bake a lot of vegan food, I love sharing yummy healthy treats with friends & family. I want to see the whole world. I love music festivals, live music, seeing new bands, art, performances. Yoga is my life as yoga is life! Asana, meditation, pranayama = yummy! Anything creative I am there :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Awwww man this is kind of a hard one! Umm fire dancers always leave me awestruck. The grand canyon. the Iguazu falls were absolutely stunning and breathtaking. I have never seen anything more beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn & teach about the healing power of plants. Anything beautiful & pure I learn about & share :) I am a holistic nutritionist... that is the form of healing I teach. Food is a medicine.
