I am a languages teacher from sunny Scotland. I love to travel, meet new people from all walks of life and learn about their culture.

This is my first time on couchsurfing; I was drawn to it simply by the fact I would get to know locals of the places I visit, which is an invaluable experience in my mind.

As a host I can offer you shelter for a short time, food and drink, some interesting conversation and information on the nearby surroundings😊. I have a cat called Pedro, so if you're allergic we may have an issue...
As I am new to couchsurfing, and live in my own, I will only accept guests who have had good references as couch surfers elsewhere. Other than that, mi casa es su casa!

As a guest I am a tidy person, understanding and would treat your home and yourself with the upmost respect. I am very open minded so whatever house rules you have in place, I follow.

Books: milk and honey, as I walked out one midsummer morning, girl up, bad feminist, watership down, eat pray love...

Movies and series: I don't watch lots of T.V, normally i am very busy but I like mixture of most genres.

Music: oasis, the verve, ludovico einaudi, nelly furtado, andré rieu, Metallica, Pink - I like a mixture and do not stick to just one genre in particular.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visit el Teide at night and watched shooting stars with some hot chocolate ☕
