I love travelling and meeting new people, new cultures.

I believe in the good of people...everyone has good in him or her...the world can be a good place! Utopian to the max!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in learning through experiences. By throwing myself into the deep sea, I will be forced to gain new skills and knowledge to survive=)

Also, I try to live by a quote from Gandhi: "You must be the change you want to see in the world".

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed when I was in Europe. Had extremely hospital hosts in Italy and Spain - They opened my world to couch surfers.

Hosted people both in Barcelona, and in Singapore, where I am now. Couchsurfers are really different from everyone else. We are open, adventurous, and live to make friends! What more can you ask for?

Interessen

1. Outdoor sports. I adore trying out adrenaline pumping activites like trekking, diving and rockclimbing! Started outdoor bouldering and climbing in Perth and I'm addicted...

2. Reading. I'm a voracious reader and love reading storybooks and non-fiction. Fantasy novels to bring me out of this world, and non-fiction to show me the true nature of events and people.

3. Travelling. The travelling bug has bitten me every since I entered university! I've finally put in my resignation and am leaving the corporate world. The world's my oyster now!

4. Music. I've been playing the clarinet since I was 9, and music will always remain an integral part of me. I'm currently travelling with my ukulele!

5. Yoga. I started yoga in 2011 when I got down to Guatemala, and have been doing it 5-6 days a week every since! I have a consistent Astanga practice and occasionally do some Hatha classes as well. It has done great things to my mind, body and spirit!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Rent (the musical) is the best movie I've every watched; the emotions and thoughts it brought out in me. I'm kicking myself for missing the Broadway show in New York in Jan...I love musicals! Chicago, Wicked, Avenue Q, Moulin Rouge...

I love the oldies!

Life is amazing in itself=)

Something that topped all else is standing atop Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, 5895m above sea level. It was exhilarating.
