I currently live in Florianopolis, a beautiful island in Southern Brazil, but I was born and grew up in the busy Sao Paulo city. I am a biologist and I've been working as an environmental consultant for the last five years. Travelling is certainly what I love the most. I love visiting diffent places and meeting people with different cultures. I am a friendly, curious and dedicated person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I usually travel with someone else, but I think it must be great to stay at someone's place when travelling by myself. I wish I could offer my place as well, but I am away from home for a great part of the year.

Music, Movies, and Books

It is really difficult to choose a favorite music, movie or book, but here are some of my favorite:
- Music: Arnaldo Antunes, Monica Salmaso, Chico Buarque, The Beatles, Oasis... Lately I've been interested in Chilean music.
- Movies: I specially like Latin American movies.
- Books: Crime and punishment (Dostoievski), Gandhi's autobiography, Brave New World (Huxley)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling is the most amazing thing I do. The most incredible places I've been must be India, Viet Nam and Peru.
