Except music, I like Cinema a lot. I love the La Nouvelle Vague period in the french Cinema. François Truffaut is my favorite movie director. Also, I like hiking. Mountain or National Parks I don't mind, I love nature!

I like the new wave of european jazz musicians like Erik Truffaz, Tomasz Stank and Ibrahim Maalouf. I'm also a fan of thriller books. I like swedish writers like Henning Mankell and Stieg Larsson.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For the last three years I'm in the army as a musician. I play in parades and for Officers Dinners. It's an amazing part time job that give me so much opportunities. Last summer, I was playing the Ceremonial Guard at Ottawa. My uniform was the red suit like in England and the bear skin hat. It was very hot in this suit, but I had so much fun with the Band. Almost all musician that play there are music students in Universities so the level is fabulous.

Teach, Learn, Share

Another job that I do occasionaly is teaching. I did it in high schools in Montreal and it was very helpful in my music learning. When you have to teach trumpet to kid that doesn't know how to play it, you have to think about the basics and that's a big challenge for me. I learned a lot of that about myself as a musician and a person.

I'm a very simple person and I want enjoy a part of my trip with you. I can bring wine or some food to eat with you if you have the time! I'm always open to suggestions about what to do in your city and I'll be happy to invite you with me!
