I am 30-year-old architect in Izmir, Turkey. I am a research assistant at Yasar University and a PhD Candidate at Izmir University of Technology. I like traveling, but due to economic conditions in Turkey, it is a little bit hard to travel to foreign countries right now. So, I would like to stay with couches to balance my budget but most importantly know local people and get their precious advises for the city!

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a favorite music type, i listen all.
Nowadays my favorite film is Captain Fantastic, Viggo Mortensen s Tehlikeli Oyunlar; sorry there is not an english version of it but in german, maybe. But of course i love and read 3-4 times all Harry Potter books, nerd!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was a member of a community named Yerden Yüksek (name of a game in Turkey) and we did architecturel workshops with children. One summer we traveled 12 cities in Turkey in 18 days and did workshops with kids. It was an incredible experience.
