I'm Dennis, 28 years old and live in Berlin. I love this as it offers so much that it feels like I can discover new things in my town every week.
I studied and lived already in Santiago de Chile, in Denmark and in Porto in Portugal.
All in all I'm very open-minded, relaxed and connective, like to explore cities the "local way".
Oh, and I'm a little (vegan) food lover ;-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get to know people from unknown cities. To get to know the real authentic lifestyle of a certain place and not just the touristical image which you can get by visiting only hotspots and hostels.

Living in Berlin of course I'm fine with techno as well. :)

Concerning films I like mostly arthouse productions. I usually trust the critics. Love small, alternative, beautiful cinemas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just to name some:

I cayaked in the atlantic ocean in South Africa while 20m whales swam around and under me.

I was chased by a group of wild howler monkeys down from a remote pyramid in the Mexican jungle.

I dived with sharks several times.

Saw the polar lights in the very north of arctic Sweden.

Slept under free sky at a remote Turkish black Sea beach.

Berlin to Istanbul and back with train, bus, hitchhike crossing 16 countries.
