I'm a Director of Photography and Camera Operator on Features, TV shows, commercials, short films, and music videos in Hollywood.

You might also catch me hiking or backpacking in the mountains, desert, or forests. If I'm not to be found there you might find me scuba diving or hitchhiking in some far corner of the earth.

I've experienced traditional vacation/hotel traveling so now I'm looking to try out something new. On the road, I live out of my backpack so traditional hotel-travel isn't something that interests me anymore. Although I enjoy sightseeing and visiting new place, I'm interested in meeting new people and getting to experience different cultures first hand. So far I've had a lot of great experiences meeting and staying with people through CouchSurfing and I'm excited to see what's next!

I don't enjoy picking favorites because my opinions are constantly changing and a lot depends on what mood I'm in at the time. I do have my top lists though, and will happily debate or discuss those in person :)

I once hiked 5 days to Annapurna Base Camp (in Nepal) and back on a stretch that usually takes 7-8 days because I was short and time and desperately wanted to see the mountains. It was the most amazing trip of my life.

I decided to take a break from life and bought a one-way flight to Europe, and ended up staying for almost four months before returning home.

I received my diving license in Mauritius and upgraded it in Thailand.

I drove around Iceland for a week living out of the tiniest rental car you've ever been in.

I hiked 8 days across a mountain range in California with everything I needed to survive on my back. Lowest point was 6,800ft and the highest 14,505ft.

I've:
Drank beer at Oktoberfest in Munich
Had Wiener schnitzel in Vienna
Hiked to the summit of Swiss Alps
Experienced a coffee shop in Amsterdam
Nearly was strip-searched driving into Canada from the US
Zip-lining in Thailand
Spent 16 hours on an outdated train in Romania
