ABOUT ME

I love to travel and now that my wife (Winnie) and I are both retired we hope to see many parts of the world now that we have the time. We both enjoy a good conversation and a good meal in a new and engaging culture. We like to get to know people in the area we're visiting beyond just seeing the sights.
I'm a retired Commercial Photographer and Winnie is a retired Nurse Practitioner.

Still new to couch surfing. Had a great experience in N.Z. and Australia.

Interests

Photographing the people and places we visit. Conversation and a meal with friends. We both enjoy cooking. We enjoy the cinema and the theatre. A good walk in the backcountry or a bike ride nearly anywhere.

Flying a sailplane through the Alps. Cycling across France. Trekking in Nepal.
