Overview
About Me
Recent college grad looking to travel around the globe for a month before I start the big time in Silicon Valley.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To make new friends in different countries, learn about different cultures/customs, sight see, and to eat some delicious food!
When I do begin hosting on my own, I'd like to maintain those friendships that are made as well as show people the whatever city I'm living at that time.
Interests
Programming, hiking, backpacking, archery, swimming, food, mountain biking, spontaneous adventures, beer, and good times with good company.

Music, Movies, and Books
Being a classically trained musician on French horn, I'm partial to classical music including, but not limited to, Beethoven, Strauss, Mahler, Prokofiev, Brahms, Mozart, etc. I also listen to a decent amount of progressive rock like Genesis (with Peter Gabriel), Yes, Transatlantic, Flower Kings, etc. I'm not terribly picky when it comes to music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
It's hard to nail down one amazing thing I've done. I hiked section A of the PCT in Spring of 2014 with a friend. It was a 154 mile (247 km) that took us about a week to complete. We got snowed on which for Southern California in the Spring is quite bizarre. 10/10 would do again.
