ABOUT ME

I am an open minded and engaging conversationalist. I enjoy learning new things, experiencing new cultures and people. Even after growing up and finishing my undergrad in Political Science I am still curious about the world and learning about personal connections with history. I am a nerd, and a social, outgoing one at that. I have a beautiful girlfriend who I am so excited to travel with and experience the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I will be landing in Seoul on August 25th. I Plan on couch surfing for our first week there until I meet up with our school on Aug 30th. My girlfriend and I will be travelling together.

Interests

I enjoy cooking, reading, and enjoying the arts that Cincinnati has to offer. I have grown up in a special part of the midwest that has an incredible art, opera, live music, and cultural exchange for a city of its size. I spend most of my free time enjoying concerts, playing frisbee golf, kickball, hiking, fishing and camping. I enjoy discussing politics with willing participants but if I know consensus is impossible i'll avoid it. I really enjoy meeting people and discovering their unique perspective on history and sometimes their roles in it. I've had conversations with spies, diplomats, academics and other interesting people who have found themselves in the middle of a rapidly changing world and I am fascinated by their unique perspectives and how their life experiences have changed their outlook and view of humanity.
