My name is Dennis and I have been raised in a lovely green outer area of Munich.

I started my first backpacking trip at the age of 17 with a one month Interrail trip with my best friend. We had nothing planned, no internet, sometimes not even knowing where our train stops and lived into the day - I still remember this time as one of my most memorable trips. This was the beginning of my love for backpacking!

The things that really fascinate me about backpacking are the people I meet. I love to hang around and talk with people, join travels for a while and become friends. Actually, many of my best friends today I just spend a couple of weeks traveling together. I love to see how different peoples life's are and special in their own.

I like to meet people and share the moment with them. I am interested in understanding local life, taste local food and experience local culture. I want to share stories with each other and thereby learn more about the world we live in.

Intereses

I like and do many things. Lately I got really interested in nature and did a lot of hiking the last couple of years. I love any kind of food and trying new flavors, also I love cooking. I like seeing people around the streets and in their normal lives, observing their habits and their culture. A new interest of mine is spiritual development and meditation.

Música, películas y libros

A book that really inspired me is the Count of Monte Christo. The story leaves the reader always a bit in the unknown and has some great teachings.

I can share a lot about German culture and also love to have interesting discussions. Additionally I really like to share the food I cook with my guests so you will not leave hungry when I am hosting you ;)

I am a social person and like to share the moment with people. We can enjoy places together, share memories and laugh together.
