In that special week of February people in US were listening to I'm Too Sexy by Right Said Fred. In the UK Stay by Shakespear's Sister was in the top 5 hits. Howards End, directed by James Ivory, was one of the most viewed movies released in 1992 while The Jordan Rules by Sam Smith was one of the best selling books. On TV people were watching Dangerous Curves. If you liked videogames you were probably playing Kirby or Crüe Ball.

But much more happened that day:

The weather was typical for a day in February. Cold and windy. Everywhere chimneys are puffing out smoke and keeping their houses and their occupents warm. A woman gives birth to a healty aquarius boy. It was the couples first child. They lived in a small house on a typical Dutch dyke. This child's name is Dennis.

As I'm writing this section I realize how quickly life happens. It seems like yesterday I was playing with my neighbours in the street and played with the chickens in the chicken coop. So much has has happened since then. How could plain black letters on a screen ever pain a picture of me? I was saying to myself.

The story of my life isn't one to be plain.. I love so many things in life it's hard to write them all into this small area. I could tell you I like motorcycles, I love cats and I hate racism. But what does that really mean? You might hate motorcycles and cats and we could still be best friends. When you understand, that what you're telling is just a story, then it isn't happening anymore. When you realize the story you're telling is just words, when you realize that you can just crumble up and throw your past in the trashcan, that's when we'll figure out who you're going to be.

So go create. Take photographs in the wood, run alone in the rain and sing your heart out high up on a mountain where no one will ever hear and your very existence will be the most hypnotising scar.
Make your life be your art and you will never be forgotten.
