A retired College Educator, I have traveled 52 Countries, We enjoy working with Village people, and engaged in humanitarian work as volunteers. My bride & I enjoy meeting new friends. We love to host as members of two B&B clubs, Rotary's hosting & travel fellowship and experienced home exchange's in
Europe and the USA.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is making a difference globally in the life of children and their education. We believe in The Rotary International motto " Service Above Self". Our family logo shares the message:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Our family foundation is building a Jr high school in Guatemala. Through Rotary International we have provided villagers and the new school with basic needs.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are new to couch surfing, but not to hosting travelers, and waiting to meet new friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We have raised the money to build a School in a Village in Guatemala, taught Life skills around the world. We have experinced the culture of 52 countries

I taught Dairy Production Skills, Milk Quality Skills, Solar Oven Making, and Life Skills globally. We have experienced many cultures of the world. We have learned the value of service above self, the traditions of other cultures, and Sharing cultures of the world.
