I've traveled quite a bit in Europe (21 countries), 47 of the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and parts of Canada, Central America and the Caribbean.

I've been on the road more or less since November 1, 2005. I've couchsurfed throughout Europe. Currently I'm in the Seattle, WASHINGTON, area.

I own over 3000 CDs - love music of dozens of styles; often go to reggae, bluegrass, r&b/blues, jazz, worldbeat festivals. Like original music and lots more, from Louis Armstrong to Mano Chao, Calexico to James Brown, Bill Monroe to Bach, Howlin Wolf to Fairport Convention, the Beatles to Harry Belefonte, Junior Brown to Tom Ze, Tunng to Belle & Sebastiane. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

La Tomatina (largest tomato fight in the world) in Spain was wild...Mardi Gras in New Orleans...skiing Vail; Blackcomb...mountain biking in Utah...rafting in Costa Rica.
