ABOUT ME

When I was 4 years old, I was about to die hit by a car. That night I asked my mother what happens when we die?

In time, I've realized that when we think about the death, our life becomes deepest.

I've learned a lot about physical activities and sport. Rock climbing has become a moving meditation to me, a way to the present moment of the life. It give me the opportunity to get a deeply contact with the nature, with mother earth and I love it.

My experience has shown me that there are no limits, just stages... and if we really believe in us, we can always go farther, beyond our limits!

I think that it's our responsability to keep this planet in her most natural shape!

PHILOSOPHY

You want to have a very hard life? then try to change others ... you want to have a happy life?? just change yourself an respect others!!
To change yourself is the best way to change the world!!

To consider all ( animals, nature, people, sky...) my teachers , that way i'll always know i'm a student and I'll be able to keep constantly in a learning process!!!

Focuss on the present moment of the life! mindfulness!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Longtime ago a friend of mine talked me about couchsurfing... I thought that it was a great projet, somenthing that go against the fear... something that just improve the confidence between people. From then, I've been traveling and meeting great persons thanks to couchsurfing.

I host when I can! I try to help in any way I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met lot of persons... all my experiences has been good... but some of them has deeply touch my heart and I can say, smiling, that now I have many good friends all over the world thanks to couchsurfing ;)

兴趣

I'm really interesting in travel around the world!

I think that our phisical body can be a very good master ... I love movement and martials arts... jogling... climbing... reiki... meditation .... yoga... tai chi .... energie developpement... and party too, of course!

To meet Tulku Lama Lobsang, a high Tibetan reincarnated lama. It' s the deepest experience I've ever had. I became one of his student, and I've received many teaching directly from him.
