Hello, I am a computer science student that is moderately extroverted. I am from San Diego, California and I work at an engraving store where I engrave various gifts such as glasses, cutting boards, and awards. In my spare time I fix electronics and design circuit boards. I program Java plugins and I also like paragliding. (Don't have my paragliding license quite yet.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I live in San Diego, but my friend was sent to the hospital on 6/6/2022, and I was extremely concerned. I left work that day, booked a flight to Dallas, Texas. I got a rental car, and I am now staying near to their hospital in Memphis Tennessee. I got here, but the hospital is not accepting visitors whatsoever, so I need help, so I can at least see them after they are discharged in 3-7 days. I am either a good friend or incredibly stupid, or more likely it is a mix of both.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music is quite all over the place but is usually quite calming with the exception of Arctic Monkeys. Otherwise, I am not one for movies and books, but I do like on book called, "The buddha said." Often people find that to be a bit of a surprise, but it really changed the way I think about things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went backpacking in the sierra nevada for 10 days. The last day I was so eager to come back home that I hiked the remaining 18 miles uphill to my car and drove seven hours.
