ABOUT ME

I:
-Play music. I've been in bands, played around the midwest, and written/recorded my own music.
-Act in plays, though this is a more recent interest.
-Worked at Planned Parenthood.
-Study philosophy & public policy, with a specialization in sexuality studies (writing my BA thesis on consent & the Chicago BDSM scene).
-Brew beer.
-Am going to Burning Man this summer!
-Consider myself open-minded, but also a constant devil's advocate.
-Work out pretty frequently.
- Am generally very extroverted and outgoing. Can hold my own at a bar, concert, club, or living room.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted a bit. Intended to surf in Europe, but wound up doing the hostel thing. Will hopefully be surfing soon.

Bass is the only instrument I play well enough to teach, but I know a reasonable amount about music theory in general. I also know a bit about philosophy, a bit about physical health, and a bit about sexual and reproductive health/rights.

Sometimes I tell funny stories.
