Hey, I'm located in Lodi, Italy, a small city outside of Milan: I live with my partner (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/granitefan2012), and we are both students in the area. We love eating and exploring, and would love to meet other people in Italy. I hope to get to a place where we can start to host in our home again, but for now, let's meet up!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with a handful of people during little trips around North America, and with a few people on bigger trips outside of the country. I love meeting people this way: I've made some great friends, and have even been able to host someone in my home, and have them host me back in theirs later on.

My partner and I hosted quite a few lovely people in our home in Los Angeles, and it was great to be able to show our city to visitors! We have made some really good friends on CS. I hope we can get to a place where we can do the same in Italy, but for now, we would love to meet up.

Interesses

I busy myself with creative output as much as possible, working primarily in film and music. My engineering work fascinates me to no end: I'm interested in electronics and mechanics, and I'm currently studying electrical engineering, focusing on digital signals. Otherwise, I enjoy seeing people's passions and interests take form, and love to see the way people express themselves through art, organization, or interaction with the environment and people around them.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Music: I love jazz, cumbia, punk, and hip hop. I love discovering new things, and try to explore and familiarize myself with a wide range of genres.

Movies: Some of my favorite directors are Abbas Kiarostami, Agnes Varda, P.T. Anderson, Jaques Tati, and Ingmar Bergman.

Books: Some of my favorites are Kurt Vonnegut, Eduardo Galeano, Virginia Woolf, and Gabriel Garcia-Marquez.

My partner and I decided to finish our education, and packed up and moved to Italy from LA. We're learning the language, and really enjoying our time here.
