ABOUT ME

Tall. I laugh and whistle quite a bit. I like to dance. I'm a happy-go-lucky kind of fella.
Raised in an Amusement Park in Pennsylvania. Went to college for acting (I make a split second appearance in X-Men). Traveled the world for 4 years on Cruise Ships. Married a Canadian, moved to Canada, almost opened a Soup Restaurant. Moved back when that didn't work out. Been in Retail and Restaurants for the last 10 years and decided to stop living for tomorrow. Decided if someone handed me a million dollars, I would travel and run. So now I'm doing that sans the million dollars.

I ran 50 marathon routes in 50 states in 50 weeks in 2016. In 2017, I will be in Europe for a little excessive 3 months touring and running in 14 countries. Looking for some accommodations and guidance in the areas I am visiting. I'm a good host and a good guest and love meeting people and sharing stories.

As a Gemini, my musical tastes change on the spur of the moment but I'm a sucker for a great horns section. Modern Soul like Sharon Jones and the Dapkings, Modern Folk like Iron and Wine or Ballroom Thieves, Oldies Rock, Classic Rock. Singer/Songwriters. Jazz. Blues. 80's Pop. Will only listen to modern day pop if it's reinterpreted by Postmodern Jukebox.
I am a voracious reader. Historical Non-Fiction like McCullough and Kerns, Romantic Historical Fiction like Sabatini , Rutherford, Cornwell. The Classics. Fantasy (Swords and Sorcery) and Sci Fi. Modern Classics like Irving and Robbins. Fantastical Fiction like Gaiman. Collected a huge library, now giving it away.
