ABOUT ME

born in 86, fully deafened since I'm 17 with mobility restrictions. (long story)

I grew up bilingually with German and English and am continuously learning Spanish (finished four years of learning Spanish at uni in the UK in 2014). I'm an open-minded and open-hearted person and I like everything I haven't tried.
I've been through a lot healthwise and am currently enjoying life the best I can.

since i lost my hearing i also speak DGS (German sign language) and BSL (British one)

I love meeting new people from around the world and learn how things are done elsewhere

I can be very critical/cynical too, especially with general society or politics, religion, human culture/lifestyle and myself ;-).

As I am obviously not happy with the way things are going, changing my own behaviour is at the forefront. I engage in projects (e.g. transition) and communities which basically help others (and thus myself) to have a better time, while also caring about the planet, e.g. buying only what I REALLY need...

I hope i can contribute to a world in which people share things, respect the planet and each other by giving from the heart...oh and laugh - most important thing i guess!

Do not worry about communicating with me if you can't sign, I use a speech recognition app so I can read what you say.
