About Me

I Have a lovely wife And a lovely dog, I work in Child and Adult protection/safeguarding, I volunteer with Team GB Special Olympics. I like to meet nice people, I love to have new experiences, see different cultures, build stuff, play music, listen to good music, try new food, ride my motorbike, see friends, watch the history channel with my dad, eat cheese, make food, get to really know someone, share experiences...

PHILOSOPHY

Throw your rucksack over the fence, that way you’ve got to see what’s on the other side..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I participate well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Went bmxing to Barcelona. Had to leave the hostel stayed with some local riders, was amazing. They showed us all the places we would never of known about. Stayed with friends in Brooklyn, New York. Again amazing, stayed off the beaten tourist track. Same again in Charlotte NC and Asheville NC. Incredibly kind people letting me live on their couches and showing me wonderful things. Since used couch surfing to stay in a lovely little flat in Antwerp and was treated like royalty by the host, taken on a tour of the city and had a fair few drinks.
