Hey surfers, I'm Jan el Aleman, 30 years old. I live in Guadalajara and want to meet many nice people from all over the world. I did Couchsurfing in France, Costa Rica, Mexico and the USA and it has been an amazing experience so far. Now I want to give something back to the community by sharing my couch here in Guadalajara.

Interests

A lot of food, surfing, photography, indian food, handball, adventures, canyoning, rafting, extreme sports. I love cooking, so if you want a real nice meal, then we can cook together. I can show you Schnitzel, a real German meal, or we can cook Asian or Mexican stuff together.

I love all kinds of comedy movies and series.
I prefer reading self development and motivating books like Tim Ferris, Chris Guillebeau and Richard Branson.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving at lake Taupo in New Zealand. This was the best day ever to do skydiving. I was a little cloudy so we dived through the clouds and then the lake reflected the sun which was just beautiful!

I would love to show you some chords on my acoustic guitar and some german swear words. It would be great to learn some words of your language or dialect and how to cook your favourite meal.
