Well, I've moved every couple years my entire life so I have had the opportunity to live and explore many different places, stateside and overseas. I am pretty outgoing and down to try pretty much anything once. For example if a friend of mine wants to do something crazy like skydiving or taking a random trip to Ecuador, they always ask me because they know I am game. Some may describe me as a little "goofy" I am always doing something to make someone laugh (usually at my expense)which is ok since I love making people smile. I'm pretty chill and laid back and pretty much just go with the flow however if something is important, I have no problem speaking my mind. I've lived a lot in my almost 30 years and know life is often too short therefore I try to take advantage of every opportunity to enjoy life.

PHILOSOPHY

"One day at a time"
Regretting the past won't change a thing so why bother and worrying about the future won't make today any better so I try to just focus on TODAY because tomorrow is not guaranteed to anyone.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am actually just getting involved in the couchsurfing community and therefore am just trying to familiarize myself with the site so far. In the NEAR future, like this month :), I would like to "surf someone's couch" if thats the right lingo and if not, it should be ;) Later when I am back from my travels I would love to host surfers and participate in local events.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I have only had one couchsurfing experience and it was when I went to a welcoming party at my friends Scott's house. He had couchsurfers staying with him and threw a party for them which is when I was introduced into the whole couchsurfing community. I didn't understand at first but got a pretty good feel for how cool it can be by talking to Scott and his surfers... hence why I am checking it out now for myself.

Intereses

I like being outdoors, hiking, snowboarding, wake surfing, hanging on the beach, and just enjoying time with friends (new and old). I've skydived twice, once from a helicopter which was AMAZING and once from a plane... I think I am hooked. I ride a dirtbike Honda230 (can't say I am pro but I love it) and hope to one day have a street bike. I love rides, fairs, rollercoasters, the higher and scarier the better! I like trying new things. Currently I am working on my scuba diving certificate.

Música, películas y libros

I really like most types of music, anywhere from Metallica to Tim McGraw to Eminem... yes, it is a WIDE variety. Just depends on my mood I suppose. As for movies I like action (usually referred to as guy movies),comic movies like X-MAN and I must admit, chick flicks. Books, I like anything inspirational that forces me to reflect. Being in school I haven't read much for fun lately but I did just finish the Ethiopian Tattoo shop which is a book of parables...amazing!

Dental Hygiene...Ok I know that is pretty lame but as that is what I am studying in school so I eat and breathe hygiene, that is what I am thinking... I can teach you anything and everything you EVER wanted to know or not about your mouth :)

Ok seriously? Teach huh? I could teach someone how to ride a dirtbike, shoot a gun, snowboard, how to make a dream catcher... hum... I could even teach some very basic Capoeira moves :)
