I'm working and going to school full time at the University of Arizona. I'm currently studying human development and minoring in nutritional science, but I'm working towards a masters in social work.
I'm a Tucson native and can tell you where all the great hang outs are and where to find good people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently acquired a two bedroom close to the UofA, 4 th Ave, and downtown and I'm not using the extra bedroom right now, so why not share the great location?

Interests

Humans (psychology, sociology, biology, evolution, genetics)
Dance, I love dance. Latin, ballet, modern, capoeira, middle eastern is what I have dabbled in, but movement of the body fascinates me in all forms.
Food, I love cooking and eating out. From French to Ethiopian, and being Mexican, of course I will tell you where to get some great enchiladas.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Serenity, The Red Violin, the 5th Element, I love watching supernatural horror (even if it's bad)
Music: too hard to narrow it down, but I listen to world, hip-hop, pop, alternative, classical, edm, there isn't any particular genre I will turn my nose up to.
Books: on the off-chance I have time to finish a novel, I will usually pick up a historical fiction.
