I hosted CouchSurfers while I lived in Chicago from the world over both male and female for more than 15 yrs but now that I’m retired and back living where I grew up in wild and rugged Donegal and I’m just steps from many wonderful sights like Caves of Maghera, Assarancha Waterfalls, Glengesh Pass, The Secret Waterfall, it’s not the other one. But most magnificent is the steepest cliffs of Europe at Slieve League at Bun Glas and so much more. Lived and hosted in Chicago for over 15 yrs and with more than 75 references but I have yet to Surf but that began when I moved home here to Ireland to Donegal in December 2017
Covid held us all back but I’m ready now to explore the rest of Ireland and Europe.

Born in Co.Donegal and moved to Chicago same month and year as the Beatles.
I worked everyday, yes that's right and always the morning shift, you can sleep in and be ready when I get off at 3 pm to see Chicago by foot with me.
I done my first Marathon in 2001 followed by 15 more, I’ve hiked and cycled so we have much to chat about.

16 Marathons, Hiked the Grand Canyon, Hiked The Pilgrims Train to Santiago de Compstella twice, Cycled 100 miles on several occasions just to name a few. Your only as old as you feel! I may be 77 but feel 37 most days! Thanks
