Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was always interested in the concept, now that I have my own house I like to try it out for real. There's enough bad vibes in this world, time to counter it with heartfelt passion and care.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Very little, it simply looks like a fun way to get to know new people from all over the world. My MBA-experience taught me how varied the minds of people can be so I'd like to find out a bit about you as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My trip to Tokyo/Kyoto was definitely a highlight, looked everything up on the internet and easily found my way there to see the many wonders Japan has to offer.

Something else: building out a gamesite from zero to hero (and back down ^^)

Teach, Learn, Share

Knowledge is something I always enjoyed: My 3 degrees should count for some manner of teaching skills and being a management consultant I feel I know my way around business very well, but I also had a career in politics which could be of interest.

I tend to believe I have a very agile and sharp mind and friends have told me I can be a great people's coach. I try to be empathic with people's life-issues and find a joint way to solve/direct them.

I once learned a few basic but amazing relaxation techniques from a Japanese person when I visited his shop in Tokyo. I wasn't there to buy anything, simply curious and he wanted to share his ideas and his pride with me.
My other huge skill is gaming about which I can talk for hours if that's your interest.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Japan, United Kingdom, United States
