Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I often attend CS meetings. And I try to host now, since I finally got my own apartment!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed a few times, in Norway, in New Zealand and Switzerland. It's always been great!
Met a lot of great people through CS meetings and the hangout function, too

Interests

Cooking (though I don't dedicate much time to it), History, Sciences, languages, gigs, travel, saunas, psychedelics...
I'm open to a lot of stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies : Not into cinema that much, and I tend to avoid blockbusters, especially all the Marvel stuff.
Maybe a preference for Korean thrillers.
I rather watch documentaries or series, such as The Wire, Community, Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Battlestar Galactica...

Books : Dark Fantasy and dystopias, mostly, for novels. I find it sometimes difficult to get into novels, so I read more about (geo)politics or History

Music : Indie Rock, Hard Rock, Metal, jazz, electronic music, some classical music, too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed over the Stromboli (a volcano from Italy) at dusk and then night.
It was amazing to get to the top and see the red lava under.

Skydived the Fox Glacier in New Zealand

Snorkelled above with manta rays in Indonesia

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach : French, obviously.
Some cooking, too.
Maybe some English or German.
Unfortunately, I don't really have other skills to teach/share. :/

Share : Meal, drink, (travel) experiences, a laugh or two.
