ABOUT ME

I am a Canadian who has spent enough time in the Caribbean to adopt a new lifestyle.
I lived on the island of Grenada for 3 years and it was my pleasure to show people the secrets of the island life. I would take them to the places that most tourists dont ever get to see.
I spent a year in Western Australia, finishing up my Veterinary degree, and helped work on the "Save the Tasmanian Devil" project. I visited a croc farm in Darwin and snorkeled with the whale shark.
Living in Singapore was a completely different lifestyle and I enjoyed riding the train to work at the zoo everyday.

I believe that you should take full advantage when living somewhere - meet the people, take in the culture, taste the food, and see the sights.

Now that I have walked all over the world trying to finish my degree, it is time to put the suitcases away for a while and start working.....

My motto in life ~ if you're gonna get in trouble for having fun, make sure its worth it. Always up for adventure, but sure to keep in mind the consequences.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have mostly surfed in Australia.
If I am passing through a town/country, I always try to catch up with the couchsurfers in the area to 'live like the natives'. This has brought me on interesting adventures in Thailand, Singapore and Uganda.

When I settle down, I will have to design my couchsurfing set up.

I like to dance. I always have music playing. I ski. I hike. I dive with sharks. I breed chameleons. I do yoga. I have 1 dog and 2 cats and they are my family.
