I am fascinated by people. I love to be exposed to new world views and belief systems. I believe there is beauty in all things and that one must create their own happiness in life. I love to dance and to wonder. I try not to take myself too seriously I believe that the truth lays somewhere in the middle. It is my firm belief that every life is precious. I crave history, culture and knowledge. I believe that wisdom, creativity, and grace are what makes a person beautiful, this is what I strive for.

I want to meet people from all corners of the earth, to share experiences and ideas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to the couch surfing community. I am currently living in Meknes, Morocco with 5 roommates, one of which is a part of the couch surfing community. We had 2 wonderful, fascinating women come and stay with us at our apartment;I enjoyed the experience so much I thought I would create my own profile.

I am a 1930's swing dancer. I compete in Balboa and socially dance Lindy Hop, Blues, Argentine Tango, Salsa and pretty much any other social dance I can find. I love camping, hiking, canoeing, rock climbing. I love to learn new languages, and meet new people. I am also interested in sewing, and jewelry making.

I teach 1930's Swing dancing, my specialty is Balboa, but I have also taught Lindy Hop. I do lots of different styles of dance from Balboa, Lindy Hop, Blues, Tango, Salsa, middle eastern, various ballroom dances, pretty much anything with a lead follow dynamic. I have a rather wide range of cooking and design skills. I rewire lamps, bead, sew, I have done some lampwork, antique restoration, and dabbled in woodworking. I would love to learn carpentry skills, silk rope acrobatics, rock climbing, juggling, ethnic cooking techniques, steel guitar, violin, fiddle, banjo, ukulele, hula, any kind of dance. I want to experience and learn as much as possible in life. I would love to trade knowledge.
