ABOUT ME

I'm Destiny! And new at couch surfing! I've been a vegetarian since the age of 8. Aspiring Buddhist to say the least. My only child is my little fluff, Alfie(cat). I work at an airport with majority of the traffic being military aircraft and I love it. I've had the gypsy bug in me for a very long time, it's just starting to hit the surface these past few years. I have a lot to scratch off my bucket list but better late than never. My friend introduced me to this site, and I admire everything about it. Although I always have hiccups I'm just over 5 foot. I enjoy being outside. Last year I bought my first motorcycle. I'm very close to my mom. My first time flying was alone to the UK for a few weeks on a whim. I have 7 jumps, skydiving. I only know English but would love to learn German. I very much enjoy meeting new/diverse people and I have high hopes in becoming a regular surfer and eventually a host. It's always adventure time.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a quote tattooed on my side "May all that have life be delivered from suffering" It's heartbreaking to see abuse and suffering. In not only animals but mentally/physically disabled, sick, old, the environment, etc. I treat everyone and everything how I would like to be treated. With unbiased kindness and respect. I also have a tattoo "wanderlust" German meaning a strong desire for or impulse to wander or travel and explore the world. Put those two together and you have the basic idea of me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

December 21, 2013 was my first (and so far only) couch surfing experience. Kemah, TX we slept in a sailboat, met four very nice friendly people, and had relaxing day walking along the water. Looking forward to future experiences.

Interests

Outdoors, animals, aircraft, hockey, interesting people peek my interests! I love stories from my grandparents over and over again. It never gets old to me!
