About Me

25 y/o University student - studied in Leipzig - planning my Master's course currently (hopefully in Helsinki!). I enjoy exchanging ideas, discussing politics but also just chitchatting. Also obviously going for pints, or beer in general but equally I find value in cooking with people and just having a quiet time. I'm very open minded and not particularly complicated. I am passionate about my scientific subjects such as astronomy, geography and botany, but I thoroughly love history just as much. I lived in Ireland for a year and it's always pretty cool to hear from other people, about where they stayed, what they have to say about their countries and current issues. At the moment I am working at the Olbers-Planetarium in Bremen, so if you want cool space facts or learn about constellations, you met the right person! Also I am always up for making music with people. Playing the guitar and singing together is just wonderful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

travelling is much more enriching if you meet locals - it helps you understand the culture so much better and eases the financial burden that comes with travelling. I hope that one day I will have a space large enough to be able to host people (or even just buy a couch).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skated a hill down full speed on my longboard without knowing how to break once you hit >40km/h ... is that amazing or stupid though? I did it once and never again. Now I use my Old School Dancer what it's designed for: dancing.
