ABOUT ME

We're a happy couple now for 9 years. We love to travel, some people think we have a 'travel-illness'. A word that will match us is cozy. A red wine in the evening is something we enjoy. Culture is something we love.

PHILOSOPHY

We want to see as much of the world as possible. We love to taste the food of a country. Also if we don't like everything: we will still try it! We also want to 'taste' the culture of a country, that's why couch-surfing is so great!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're trying to be nice guests at your place, and of course: everybody is welcome at our own place in Baarn where we live now since we came back from our big trip.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

For now we have a few experiences with couch-surfing, they were all great! Roman in Vladivostok was cool, Minju and Philip in Gyeongju were sweet and staying at Pauls place with 4 other surfers was also a cozy experience! We hosted some people during our stay in Perth (AUS) and now we have a nice extra bed in Baarn (NL).

Things we like to do are: Squase, pooling, hang out with friends, enjoy our family, visit museums, eating out.

We like all kinds of movies, music and books. We both like Anouk, she's a Dutch rock singer. Detlev is a huge fan of The Godfather and The Transporter (with Jason Statham)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Every time we go on vacation is a wonderfull experience. The last great experience was: bungee jumping in new zealand and travel around with our campervan in australia.
