ABOUT ME

I'm currently on a solo motorcycle expedition across the entire Coastal Indian Peninsula covering about 7000kms plus, along the Eastern and Western Ghats which will take me about a month. Looking forward to connecting and spreading the love with all along the way...

I'm blessed with an amazing family; friends to die for and a life filled with adventures, always looking for the next one - with passion!
Really grateful for the knowledge about the Self and the principles of life. The world is my classroom. The one quality that pulls all the chords of my heart is kindness.
I'm a Spirit Life Coach so would love to offer my services to help in counselling and coaching in any of the areas you'd like. I specialize in self-realization, relationships, personal and career goals actualization, teaching meditation techniques to beginners, curing phobias, health / fitness and customized diet charts on a balance of the modern and Ayurvedic systems of welness.
I just love to listen - seeking to understand rather than be understood and yes, your secrets, if you choose to share, are safe with me!
