I am a light being flowing across the vast lands and waters of our Earth. I aim for continual growth and expansion and seek to raise my frequency to connect to source and every being in this dimension and the universe. Love is my religion and the vibration I try to project in every situation. I live in the moment and try to give 100% of my conciousness to that cycle to give and receive all thats available in that experience. I love to laugh and smile even when I'm in the valleys of this roller coaster called life. I'm a Vegan, a yogi, a musician, an artist and a herbalist.

I had a great awakening exactly a year ago and I left my job and have been traveling since to gain knowledge through experience and finally begin to embark on my journey not for monetary gain but for the pleasure of healing our planet and all beings with whatever I do. I was born free and therefore the world is my home so I flow wherever spirit takes me in divine timing.

I love any music, book or movie that resonates with me. Reggae, soul, classic music fill my playlists along with random unique songs. I love any book that offers growth through true knowledge and facts. My favorite movies are comedies and actions like "Bad Boys 2", "The Matrix" trilogy, and movies that are deep and out there like "Interstellar".

Pursue my heart's true desires; becoming Vegan, leaving my job, learning the guitar and embarking on this journey of enlightenment as been my has been an amazing feat for me as I have felt trapped for most of this lifetime and I am now free like a wolf, trodding this earth not for prey but for community and harmony.

Everything is Everything: one of Jamaica's greatest quotes. It means literally that...I am you, you are me, we are the trees, the dogs, cats and all beings of this universe as we all come from the same source energy or breath of life. If we keep this in the forefront of our minds then we would never hurt each other or affect each other in a negative way because we would have unconditional love for ourselves and all because we are all 1. I've recently started practicing yoga and this has helped my find focus and balance, I would love to learn more and get all I can from this daily practice.

All I've learned from my journey but especially my Vegan lifestyle. I love to cook and prepare deliciouse electric and nutrient filled meals. I am an Alkaline Vegan but I meet people wherever they are on their own journey and accept and love all of that being, similarities and differences.
