I'm originally from U.K. though I am now nomadic.
I've just returned from Guatemala where I teach meditation and give ceremonies, before that I was in India on an extended meditation retreat.

I live a very 'alternative' life. I've traveled to around 40 countries and my life is dedicated to awakening (something that most people have little or no notion of).

I'm often in retreat, or else sharing from my heart.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Obviously it's easier on the pocket but that is not the reason I like to couch-surf. I really prefer staying with people rather than in hotels and I love to meet like hearted souls... I'm basically looking for people to meditate with :)
Even if we have nothing in common on paper, as long as your heart and mind are open and you are in touch with some aspect of the depth of Who You Are then i'm sure we will get along fine...

I also love to get tips from locals about things in their hometown that I would otherwise not hear about.

I like to sit in silence and truth with people as well as engage in real conversation.

Love to share my knowledge and experience of yoga / meditation / awakening.
I find people open up to me quickly and I really enjoy being of service.

I like to meet people who's lives are dedicated to truth /awakening but I also love learning the simplest things from people.

I love animals but unfortunately I'm really allergic to cats! I'm ok with dogs as long as they are not up in my grill 😂 (so if you have a cat, i can't stay :( )

Mmmm, so many... met so many beautiful souls… Meeting living luminaries is my favourite.

I've worked with teenagers teaching them mindfulness, self inquiry, yoga nidra, pranayama and meditation. It was an honour and would love to do the same again some day.

I helped my father to leave his body... that was amazing

I'm happy to teach Yoga, Meditation and Vegan cooking.
I've taught meditation to almost everyone i've hosted or who has hosted me and people like it a lot.
If you have the space you can invite friends for a group class.
