Interests

I like to read, and I'll play just about any instrument I get my hands on - with varying degrees of success. I enjoy cooking - a few Thai foods, and various random meals I've picked up here and there. From time to time I write a bit. I absolutely love to travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read classics, mostly - my favorite books are probably Moby Dick, Brothers Karamazov, and of course Dante's Comedy. One day I'll learn Italian to read that last one properly. I'll read just about anything, though - most recently Karl Ove Knausgaard, some Murakami, and I always enjoy rereading Rumi's poems.
When it comes to music, my favorite bands are probably the National and Belle & Sebastian. That's the kind of thing I like.
And I don't watch as many movies as I should, but I'm a Wes Anderson kind of guy.
