To travel to Spain, and to immerse myself in Spanish culture, and food, and to meet awesome people when I do!

ABOUT ME

The thing that I'm most passionate about in the world is food: I love eating it, I love cooking it, and I love growing it! I'm currently attending Culinary School in the town I live in, and I work at a restaurant in a nearby town. I believe that good food is the basis of a good life, and that eating healthy, delicious food is the most important thing! One day, I hope to have traversed much of the globe, but today, I'm planning on starting in Spain. I'll be wwoofing while there, but also I will be spending some time in the cities, experiencing the culture.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that life is about experience, and that each of us is meant to do something unique. Understanding what that thing is isn't important, what's important is listening to yourself and the world, and finding out what you love along the way.

Música, películas y libros

I love reading! I love listening to music! I love watching (good) films! Some of my favorite bands are, The Cat Empire, The Black Keys, The Tallest Man On Earth, The Fleet Foxes, Watsky...I could write a much longer list, but that's some of them!I like most genres of music, and will listen to almost anything!

Algo increíble que he hecho

I learned to scuba dive in Oahu a couple of years ago, and since then I've also been diving in Honduras. I think it'd be cool to dive other places, but it's not something I'm crazy passionate about. I've also been (briefly) to Mexico, and to Belize, and to New Orleans for a little bit. Other than that, I live close to San Francisco, and so I visit there with relative frequency. That's it though. I haven't been too many places...yet.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Pretty much my teachable skill is cooking. I'm not a chef, but I'm on my way, and I've got a pretty decent knowledge of how to cook good food. I'm also a novice gardener, and an o.k. rock climber, and I speak pretty decent Spanish (I've been told).
