Chi sono
I was born a poor, black girl...No, that's not it. Uh... I was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania (Amish Country). There we go. Yup, that's how it began. I was born into white male privilege. Sorry, it's not my fault. I do everything I can to make the world a bit fairer. Yes, I'm a social justice warrior. Majored in German literature, fell in love with a German guy and stayed in Germany for 6 years in my 20s. The abridged version of my story jumps to Japan at age 28. Yes, I left him. It wasn't easy. In Japan I went back to school to get a M.A. in Comparative Cultural Studies in Tokyo. Fell in love again, moved to CA with the second Mr. Right after 8 years and was single again a year later. Do I see a pattern? I've been playing teacher since 2000, but retired in August of 2015. You see, none of this matters any more since I was diagnosed with ALS. It's terminal. Most die within 2-4 years, but hey....It's been a fun ride and I'm still alive. I thank all my friends and family for their support. Yes, both EX MEN have remained friends and are more supportive than I ever dreamed they would be. #nodaybuttoday
