ABOUT ME

I'm a creative person looking to relocate from my home town in Albany, NY. It's a great city but there is more to the world than being 20 miles away from where I grew up. My ultimate plan is to go to Burning Man in august and to move to where the scene is on the west coast, but im open to finding a better place along the way.

PHILOSOPHY

I think personal responsibility is pretty rad and I dont think the role of government should be to protect individuals from themselves.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted couch surfers in the past and enjoy communal living. Aside from short trips I have little experience doing the surfing myself. I'm really easy going and see this site more as an opportunity to meet new people than to find places to stay.

Interests

Adventures, art, fresh espresso, dank beer, festivals, nerdy stuff, board/roleplaying games, science, open minded and non judgmental people, trees, abandoned places, film, music, cooking, fixing things, biking, hiking, thinking abstractly, the universe.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to pretty much everything I can get my hands on. I especially like Dubstep, Reggae, Jam Bands, Anything live, Upbeat Jazz, and classical. My favorite bands/musicians are Ratatat, Dub Terror, Modest Mouse, and Trent Reznor.

Movies: Tron, Primer, Pi, Wall-E, pretty much anything by the Cohen Brothers. I really like independent film.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy baking fresh bread. Its super easy to learn and is so much better and cheaper than the store bought alternatives.
