I'm Devon, a 23 year old recent college graduate!

I'm originally from USA, specifically Louisiana. After completing college I decided to pack my bags and move to China. Currently teaching english at a high school in Quzhou (Zhejiang Province), China.

I'm very Type B and think my personality is very go with the flow. With that being said, let be friends.

Fun Fact: I can burp my ABCs. I mean, it usually my ice breaker, but i have other talents too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is the best way to meet new people and explore new places. Due to my spontaneous outlook on life, I tend to travel solo and never really properly plan out adventures. This is why I depend on the friendship and kindness of locals.

I haven't picked up a book in quite some time, but my favorite author is Milan Kundera - Do yourself a favor and read The Unbearable Light of Being.

I listen to all types of music and have over 120 playlist on Spotify. In my spare time, I enjoy writing music lyrics (as if I'll ever be famous).

Fun Fact: I was originally a film major before switching to accounting. I consider myself a film buff, especially in the horror/thriller genre.
