Hello!

I'm a 25 year-old gal that loves meeting new people, talking to strangers on planes, and throwing myself into new situations! I left my corporate job just a year ago to create a more fulfilling life path. I decided to make a go at becoming a travel blogger! If you're interested, my website is Devonmeetsworld.com. I attended Indiana University Bloomington and majored in Finance. I caught the travel bug during college, especially when I studied abroad in Cape Town. I enjoy photography, good music, and intense board game nights. This upcoming summer (2018) I am going to be a camp counselor in upstate Maine! I would say I'm a bit on the quirky side and a movie fanatic!

I'm in the process of moving to a new apartment, and in the meantime, I am back at my parent's house. This is the reason I can't accept guests. Hopefully, this will change in the coming year!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love striking up conversations with people who I wouldn't normally meet in my day-to-day life. I've met some of the best people through my travels. I've always wanted to pick up a hitchhiker, but hey, I think this is the next best thing!
