I'm Vice chairman of a Charity, adult instructor in the Army Cadet Force, Saltire Ambassador, Support Worker and YouTube Creator.

I was born in South Africa, left when I was six years old and have always been involved in community work since.

Music - I love atmospheric and ambient music to listen to while I walk or run. I love a lot of western music to scriptwrite too (I was and will be involved in Western movies) and all other forms of music. I struggle a little with some death metal though - sorry x

Ran 28 miles across Scotland and then did 3 hours of kickboxing just because I felt like it.

I also am an excellent cook and will happily cook for you in exchange for a place to stay and the ingredients for yourself. Failing that, I make a damn good cup of tea or coffee.

I also am heavily involved in YouTube can can make a video feature for your place/person if you'd like.
