About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to have hos in different country codes
ABOUT ME
American student from UC Los Angeles studying in Paris until December, will be traveling with a friend (another university student) through Europe 22.10-1.11.
PHILOSOPHY
Not actually my personal philosophy since that changes all the time, so I'll put some of my favorite ridiculous quotes up here
I don't want to repeat my innocence, I want the pleasure of losing it again.
-This Side of Paradise
A celebration of any kind can and often does erupt into violence
-a pamphlet from the UCLA police department filled with 'helpful tips' on having a party
I forgot my mantra
-Jeff Goldblum, Annie Hall

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Bob Dylan, the Strokes, Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Animal Collective, the Smiths, Pixies, Grizzly Bear, some dirty American hip hop and funk when the occasion calls

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
interviewing celebrities for the Daily Bruin (UCLA's student newspaper); working at the Los Angles Times on the day that Michael Jackson died; swimming in a secluded waterfall in Brazil; as for Europe...eating space cake in Amsterdam, drinking several bottles of wine with my friends at the Sacre Coeur in Montmartre, and wandering the streets of Paris as the sun was rising
Teach, Learn, Share
not in L.A. right now, but if you come after January I could show you things about a city that is often stereotyped as superficial and dumb. It's not true, I promise! Los Angeles is one of the most diverse and fascinating cities in the world and I could show you places you would definitely not know about by reading a guide book or by watching "The Hills." yuck
