About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Escape winter. Brrrr.

ABOUT ME

We'll lets see here...I'm a bit of a vagrant, vagabondish, a nomad if you will. In march of this year I left my home behind and I keep moving farther. I planted some trees, picked some cherries, and surfed on the west coast of Canada. I'd say it's high time I hit the road south, it's getting colder after all.

I'm a musician of sorts, I play a bunch of instruments but none of them well. I'm travelling with an accordion at the moment, her name is Little Susan. I'm always down for a jam or maybe some live tunes.

I'm an easygoing fellow, I believe that life begins at the end of your comfort zone. I love to meet new people, see and do new things, climb fences, cross bridges, break rules.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe it is our duty to love. I do my best to care as little as possible about things that are not in my control, which is most things. I try to live each day as if it were my last, not in a hedonistic way, but rather in a way where where I apreciate my existence because tomorrow I may not have it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Lately I've been listening to a lot of gypsy jazz, and gypsy folk, with a touch of blues and soul, and hey why not throw a little rock and roll in there. Gogol Bordello has earned a special place in my heart in the past few weeks as has Django Reinhardt.

I don't watch many movies, I prefer books, they aren't so time sensitive. Vonnegut is a staple in my book diet, along with some Kerouac Hunter Thompson and Orwell. My favourites are books that hardly make any sense at all.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook you a meal,
I can bum you a smoke.
