ABOUT ME

I graduated from college in 2011, worked for 2 years as a consultant, and then accepted a 2-year teaching non-profit teaching fellowship in China. Couchsurfing interpreted my address as being in Kunming but I'm currently living at a remote school in Binchuan County in Yunnan Dali.

I like most types of sports. Enjoy eating and learning new recipes. Love a good run, bike or explore around town.

PHILOSOPHY

Keep an open mind. Really I have a hard time writing up my philosophy in a few paragraphs. Partially because there are parts of my current personal philosophy that I hope will never change as I grow older, and other parts that I hope will continue to grow and expand as I learn more about the world and the ways other people and cultures think.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was able to couchsurf in Ireland and it was a very pleasant experience! I also hosted at my house when I work as a consultant.

I've surfed the Irish Seas - lovely experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

I was a swim instructor for 6 years so I could teach you a new stroke or even just beginning lessons. Additionally I've played guitar since I was a kid so I could teach you a few songs, chords or light theory.
