ABOUT ME

I'm a physics PhD student trying to find a way to produce solar energy at a cheap price, and also trying to combine my two big passions : music and science. I am vegetarian at home, but I am flexible when I travel. I have always a couple of projects going on at the same time. I read, I cycle, I knit, I cook, I play music (flutes, guitars, kazoo, singing... anything on hand), I watch movies, I make short films, I shoot big lasers on small molecules. I like to learn from the experience of others and also share my own.

I'm an open minded person, respectful, honest, quiet but sociable. I love life and I'm usually in a happy mood.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed and hosted a bit already. I plan to couch surf in my future travels to discover cities in a more personal, less organized-tour way.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed at friends-of-friends places in South America and at CSers places in UK, and the experience have been very positive. The instant, warm contact I had with these persons was very pleasing in this country I didn't know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have asked a bus driver to drop me in the middle of nowhere in the amazonian jungle - without a guide.

I can also make 3-4 different sounds (harmonics) by blowing into a beer bottle.
